Sous Chef
We are looking to recruit a Sous Chef with a love for fresh fish and seafood to be a key member of our kitchen team.
The right candidate must have good knowledge of seafood, creating weekly special menus along with costings and GP’s. They must be able to work with the Head chef, sharing ideas and their passion to help make The Fish Cottage become the place to go for a unique seafood experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Sous chef experience and proven ability of kitchen management

- Oversee the day to day running of full kitchen in the head chefs absence

We are looking for counter/takeaway assistants for our fish and chip takeaway in The Fish Cottage. Experience within the past 12 months of working in a busy takeaway is desirable. Full training will be provided for the right candidate, this role can lead to a supervisory role once training is completed.
